External Brick Slips

We were asked by the homeowner of this Portsmouth semi-detached home, to help smarten up and outbuilding in the garden at the rear of the property. He was so impressed that he asked us to ‘brick-slip’ the front of his home as he felt it was looking run down and neglected. We used classic red brick slips, vastly improving the kerb appeal and doing no harm to it’s resale value. As good as new. We even covered the staircase leading up to the front door with slips and weatherproof pointing.

It is true to say that one job often leads to another but this was quite literally the case here as the neighbour and owner of the adjoining semi-detached home was so impressed themselves that they asked us to please continue and extent the brick slips approach to their side of the building - replacing the cladding which had come to look a bit dated. Two very happy customers.

I contacted Andy to have our outbuilding covered in brick slips as I am not a fan of rendering. I knew it would look good but the end result was better than expected. We were so impressed it was an easy decision to get him to do the front of the house which was also rendered. The cost was cheaper than expected and now there is no more painting walls! Now he has finished ours the neighbours have decided to have their front of house done as well so he’s starting there’s tomorrow. Paul Salt - Google Review
